Refund policy

All of our items are made to order just for you. Because each piece is printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind. All sales are final.

We want you to love your order, though—if there’s a printing defect, damage, or a mistake with your order, please email us at directtoearth@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

To help you choose the right fit, each product page includes a detailed size chart and any relevant fit notes. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering.
